- This course provides participants a historical overview of early tribal governments and their evolving relationship with the federal government. The primary focus is contemporary tribal self-governance and application of federal/state laws to tribal entities, including tribally owned enterprises. The focus is on the Southern California region and includes presentations from tribal attorneys and members of tribal government.
